I have a fair amount of money. I should, I worked in my own business hiring and firing and working in the hot summer sun for twenty-some years. Again, I had to learn the hard way to do that type of work: installing glass and mirrors. This was after graduating college because I loved working with glass and had my wits about me from combat. You learn quick when your life is subject to forfeiture. (That’s the first time I’ve spelled and typed forfeiture ever and I got it first time!) I am no longer subject to being shot at so I have time to work on my spelling.
You will undoubtedly notice a few typos here. Hard as I try I cannot get around misspellings. I also go over these before I post them and I still get it wrong. I told you I wasn’t smart, right?
You’d be correct to wonder why a guy with a degree in cultural anthropology did glass work. Well, nobody said a guy comes home from war with all his faculties. I lost brain cells smoking dope and doing copious amounts of alcohol. Dumb as a dead porcupine was I. I got over that also. In a way I had to because I wasn’t doing myself any good whatsoever. Dumb ass fits, if you would care to use that little phrase.
I don’t know how but I started reading the bible also about the time I left my horrid habits in the dust. This was before the relearning to walk stuff. It might have attributed to it though. Still have the rotten dreams from time to time. You probably have some if you also had to do things that sickened you.
I am as well as an old fart can be now and this is due to my walking regimen. The doctor keeps telling me something is going to kill me but at least it isn’t the Vietcong, so, I have that going for me. If you are wondering if I am daft I certainly am. I am proud of being daft because I have done more stupid stuff than I can count. If you haven’t you need a shrink, stat! Even at this late hour I am daft just typing this nonsensical yet odd stuff here on Xog Web. Now you understand how Xog came to be and from which type of mind it issued forth. Peace to you and yours.
